Small Town, Beautiful Art

As previously mentioned my other posts, I spent some time in a little town called Victor, Idaho. I stayed with a group of amazing photographers in Sky Mountain Lodge and learned how to improve my fine art photography. Fine art can come in many forms but is best described as something you would want to hang in your home or office. This idea has helped me develop my personal photography style. I started to ask myself, is this scene something I would want to hang in my own home?

Getting the Fine Art Shot

The best way to find a fine art angle is to look for something that hasn’t been done. Try a new angle, look at the details, focus on something you would normally pass by. I took these images with a Nikon kit lens then edited them in Photoshop. The sunrise image is an HDR merged together in post.
